TEAM LEADER POSITION

• We are after an experienced Team Leader that understands the Business to Business
  Market and Door to Door sales.
• The role requires the successful applicant to organize
  territory, coach, and mentor staff while growing staff and sales numbers.

The successful applicant must have:

• Leadership and door to door sales experience
  
• Strong understanding of how to allocate & manage turf
  
• Strong ability to build a high performing culture
  
• Strong sales & coaching ability
  
• Strong ability to recruit quality sales staff
