You'll be doing:

• Plan and coordinate daily job schedules for installation crews
• Liaise with customers to lock in bookings, timeframes and site access
• Keep scheduling and job management systems up to date
• Get schedule changes to field teams fast, before they hit the road
• Coordinate with suppliers so materials are on-site when needed

You'll need:

• Experience in scheduling, dispatch or trade coordination (highly regarded)
• Sharp organisational skills and an eye for detail
• Confident on the phone, comfortable when priorities shift fast
• Handy with scheduling / job management software (or quick to pick it up)
• Calm under pressure, sorts problems instead of sitting on them
