This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Contact Centre Customer Service, along with technical troubleshooting experience in solar energy systems and heat pumps.

Key responsibilities include:
● Provide customer support via phone and email, assisting with general inquiries and technical troubleshooting.
● Set up and guided customers through the various apps and other technical platforms.
● Troubleshoot Solar and Heat Pump issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
● Collaborate with the manufacturer’s technical support when necessary
● Maintain accurate customer records and notes while ensuring friendly and efficient service.

What we’re looking for
● Experience in a Contact Centre environment, providing customer service and technical support.
● Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly with solar energy systems, heat pumps, and related technologies.
● Experience or knowledge in the electrical and plumbing industry is a plus.
● Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical issues in a clear, professional manner.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
