As our Full-time Lead Electrician, you will be instrumental in mentoring and developing our team of talented electricians and trainees while taking on challenging fieldwork. Key responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and supervise field staff
• First contact for field staff queries
• Manage a variety of projects
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures
• Maintain and manage accurate daily job cards across the team
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and stock management
• Build strong relationships with clients, networks, and suppliers
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and business growth

Qualifications and Experience:

• A-Grade Electrician license
• 5+ years of electrical experience
• Air Conditioning certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain with company-sponsored training
• Experience across commercial, industrial, and residential work
• Ability to problem-solve and resolve complex electrical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Manual drivers license
