As our Lead Electrician, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and developing our team of skilled electricians and apprentices. What You'll Do:

• Lead, mentor, and oversee a talented team of field staff
• Be the go-to person for field staff inquiries
• Manage diverse and challenging projects
• Uphold high-quality standards and procedures
• Ensure accurate daily job card management
• Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and stock management
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients, networks, and suppliers
• Identify and implement process improvements and business growth opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

• A-Grade Electrician license
• 5+ years of hands-on electrical experience
• Air Conditioning certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain with company-sponsored training
• Experience in commercial, industrial, and residential settings
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex electrical issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A valid manual driver’s license
