The O’Brien Electrical Mount Gambier team is currently looking for a fully qualified Refrigeration mechanic to join our ever growing local business in a full time role!

We work in the residential and commercial areas and are looking to expand our Refrigeration sector. As part of your employment you will have the use of a Company vehicle and mobile phone and be paid above award wages. There will be a requirement for overtime to be done, when required.

Skills & Atributes:

• Highly skilled person who can adapt to a variety of job types and take responsibility for the outcomes
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Displays strong communication skills to ensure customers needs are identified and delivered with the highest level of care and service
• Be able to work independently and in a team environment
• Able and willing to train apprentices 
• Confident computer skills and able to learn new systems

Refrigeration Responsibilities:

• Install New Refrigeration air conditioning equipment, pipe work & ducting.
• Maintaining ducted HVAC systems in commercial and domestic premises
• Troubleshoot Refrigeration issues using appropriate testing devices
• Repair and replace Refrigeration equipment, controls or fixtures

Qualification Requirements:

• Completion of Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• Valid driver's licence
• White card
• Refrigeration Handling licence [ ARTIC ]
• Police clearance
• Working at Heights Training
