This is a great opportunity for an electrical tradesperson to join a highly motivated customer-focused team in Carrum Downs. You will liaise with clients to deliver jobs within budget time frames.

The opportunity exists to work within our team across the commercial and industrial space. You will work towards client satisfaction whilst accurately and swiftly delivering a quality of service. There is the opportunity for the successful applicate to advance quickly to "leading hand" status within the company and manage key accounts.

Description of works would be:

• Commercial Maintenance.
• Commercial Projects.
• Industrial Maintenance
• Industrial Projects

The successful applicant will be a person who possesses the following skills and attributes:

• Must have a minimum of 3 years A Grade Electrical experience.
• Experience in Industrial sector.
• Has the ability to liaise with existing clients 
• Able to proactively train and support electrical apprentices
• Excellent customer service skills
• Displays strong communication skills for liaising with customers to ensure smooth delivery
• Be willing to work overtime where required
• Be passionate about our expanding O'Brien Group
• Be passionate about our core values of Pride, Acknowledgement, Adaptability, Unity and Accountability.
• Be prepared to undergo Police Checks and Working with Children checks if not already current.

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and hold the following:

• Trade certificate and relevant experience 
• Current Drivers Licence
• EWP is an advantage but not essential
• Cablers license an advantage but not essential
• OH&S Induction Training for the Construction Industry
