As an Administration Trainee, you’ll support our friendly team across Reception, Administration, and Finance while completing a Certificate III in Business through a registered training provider. This full-time role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, enjoys variety, and thrives in a fast-paced and energetic environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience in how a leading trade business operates — from customer service to finance and job management systems — all while being mentored by experienced professionals. Duties Include:Answering phones and greeting customers with a friendly, professional manner
 
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
 
Assisting with finance tasks including invoicing and supplier processing
 
Mail, banking and office supply management
 
Providing administrative support to our Operations Manager and field team
 
Learning to use job management software (Simpro, Flat Rate Now, Xero)
 
Ad-hoc administrative duties as directed
