As we expand our solar division, we need someone passionate about renewable energy to drive our solar projects forward.

What You'll Do:

• Install residential and commercial solar PV systems in line with Australian Standards
• Interpret solar designs and technical drawings
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance at all times
• Work with a friendly, experienced team committed to quality and safety
• Represent our brand with professionalism and pride

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform high-quality rooftop solar panel and inverter installations
• Conduct site assessments and pre-installation checks
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues independently or with team support

• Maintain accurate documentation for system installs and compliance

• Liaise with customers, providing excellent service and clear communication
• Follow company WHS policies and ensure all equipment and PPE is used correctly
• Mentor apprentices or junior team members as needed.

What we’re looking for

Required Skills and Qualifications:   

• SAA Accreditation (Solar Accreditation Australia) – Required
• VIC A Grade Electrical Licence – Required for installation roles
• Working at Heights certification (preferred)
• CEC Accreditation (if transitioning from CEC system) – a plus
• Clean Energy mindset and attention to detail
• A great attitude, team spirit, and willingness to learn
