• Experience in High-wall split system installation
• Self Motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• A ‘can do’ attitude
• A neat appearance and work style
• Confidence in your skills and abilities
• Ability to work well independently and manage your workday
• Ability to run small teams on-site
• Is able to manage variation and changes

Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and hold the following:

• Current VIC Manual Driver Licence
• Registered plumbing license
• OH&S Induction Training for the Construction Industry 
• RAC01 or RSS03 (Refrigerant Handling License) 
• Have or are willing to get a WWC (working with children) card
