💰 What We Offer

• $40–$55/hour, depending on experience
  
  
• Company vehicle, fuel card, uniform, and iPad provided
  
  
• Profit-share bonus — earn 5% of revenue on all private maintenance jobs you quote and complete (no cap, applies to any job size or cost)

🔧 Your Day-to-Day

• Service, diagnose, and repair Rinnai and other commercial hot water systems
  
  
• Carry out a broad range of plumbing maintenance and installation work, including pipe relining and drain repairs
  
  
• Manage private maintenance jobs from quote to completion — and earn your 5% profit share
  
  
• Work on commercial maintenance projects including strata buildings, schools, and property management sites
  
  
• Use Flat Rate Now and Simpro for quoting, scheduling, and reporting
  
  
• Liaise with clients, strata managers, and commercial site contacts
  
  
• Maintain high safety, compliance, and quality standards
  
  

👷 What You’ll Bring

• Current NSW Plumbing Licence
  
  
• Minimum 3 years’ maintenance plumbing experience
  
  
• Experience with hot water systems, gas fitting, pipe relining, TMV, or backflow highly regarded
  
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
  
• Self-motivated, reliable, and takes pride in a job well done
  
  
• Valid manual driver’s licence
  
  
• White Card / OH&S compliance
