We have a dynamic role available for a receptionist/bookkeeper to join our team and make a meaningful impact on our operations. 

 

The Role: 

  • Receptionist duties, answering phones, receiving of deliveries & sending of parcels
  • General housekeeping of office, end of day cleaning.
  • Ordering of office equipment, printing equipment, etc as required.
  • Executing all tasks/ directions as per Directors' requests
  • Assist our Estimator by retrieving documents from invitation to tender emails and placing them into the job file within our job management software Simpro, Print plans, Quantify and update Excel spreadsheets, and Liaise with the estimator regarding supplier quote requests.
  • Accounts receivable including reconciliation of payments and contact overdue debtors.
  • Accounts payable including Setting up end-of-week/month payments in Xero /Bank for approval by the General Manager.
  • Complete monthly reports, super, workers comp, BAS, and PAYG for submission to the General Manager.
  • Data entry into Xero and job management software.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, and schedule technician visits if required.
  • Issue invoices for works completed. 

 

What We're Looking For:

Hold the following valid licenses and qualifications: 

  • Qualification in Project Administration or similar.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a similar role.
  • NSW driver's license.
  • Working with children’s check (WCC).

Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in both team and independent settings.

Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.

Administrative experience using Microsoft Suite, word, excel, etc.
